Description
Stannol WF300F and WF300S are halogen-free, low-solids fluxes that meet the emission guidelines for volatile organic compounds (VOC).
Technical data
- No Clean - no cleaning necessary
- Extremely effective on surfaces that are difficult to solder, e.g. oxidized copper
- Optimized for the reduction of solder beads
- non-flammable formulation - < 1 % VOC, according to US legislation
