Description
No-clean flux type REL1 according to EN 61190-1-1 and J-STD-004.
The activation of Stannol soldering flux 3000+ enables good wetting even with lead-free alloys. Due to the long open time and the high solids content, components can be easily fixed and soldered. The residues are hard and dry after soldering and can be removed with the cleaning medium Stannol-Flux-Ex 500 if necessary.

Applications:
With regard to flux application, Stannol soldering flux 3000+ is supplied in a special pen (Fine Fluxer). With this fine fluxer it is possible to apply the flux precisely to the solder joint. Due to the good contour stability, the flux remains at the point of application.
