WF305F Flux 500ml Bidon
Description
Stannol WF305F & WF305S are low residue rosin and halogen free, low solids fluxes that meet the emission guidelines for volatile organic compounds (VOC).
Technical data
- No Clean - no cleaning necessary
- Residues can be removed with water if necessary
- Non-flammable formulation - VOC content 1%, according to US legislation
Areas of application:
The flux WF130 was developed for industrial electronics production for soldering wave soldering systems under air and nitrogen. The copper also shows good wetting on oxidized copper as well as on all common protective layers (HAL, Ni/Au, chem. Sn and chem. Ag). The flux WF130 also ensures good filling of vias.
