Description
Stannol WF130 is a water-based, halogen-free, low-solids flux for soft soldering in industrial electronics production. It can be used to reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
Technical data
- No Clean - electrically safe residues, no cleaning necessary
- Suitable for lead-free soldering with all common alloys
- Application by means of spray fluxer
- Non-flammable formulation - VOC content 1%, according to US legislation
- Good wettability and good penetration
Areas of application
The flux WF130 was developed for industrial electronics production for soldering wave soldering systems under air and nitrogen. The copper also shows good wetting on oxidized copper as well as on all common protective layers (HAL, Ni/Au, chem. Sn and chem. Ag). The flux WF130 also ensures good filling of vias.
