Sales and Purchasing Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
you will look after customers and suppliers independently. As a communicative, open and sales-oriented personality, you will be in daily contact with our business partners in this hub function.
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a technical apprenticeship with further commercial training
- Ideally, you already have experience in technical retail and are motivated to learn new things
- Your mother tongue is German and you have a good command of English, French is an advantage
- You work independently and as part of a team
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility and reliability
- You enjoy dealing with people and have a professional demeanor
Your tasks:
- You handle the entire order processing from receipt of order to delivery and invoicing
- You advise our customers on the phone (information on deadlines, prices and delivery, etc.)
- You create quotations and maintain the master data in the ERP system
- You place orders with suppliers, including monitoring deadlines, booking incoming goods and checking invoices
