Description

Flux gel according to EN 61190-1-1 REL0 DIN EN 29454 1.2.3.C (DIN 8511 F-SW 32).

Stannol Multifix 450-01 has been specially developed for rework and repairs and is suitable for both manual and automatic dispensing. Its extremely low activation results in very good
insulation properties of the flux residues after soldering, making Multifix 450-01 ideal for many applications in electronics manufacturing. The residues from Stannol Multifix 450-01 harden and dry quickly and are non-sticky; they can be removed as needed using the cleaning agent Stannol Flux-Ex 500.

Applications:

A sufficient amount of flux gel is applied manually or with the compressed air dispenser. The soldering temperature should not exceed 350°C. In order to vaporize the solvent, it is necessary to heat the entire flux volume above 100°C. A non-sticky film is then obtained immediately after cooling.
