Description
CircuitWorks flux dispensing pens enable controlled and accurate applications that are compatible with most materials in the electronics industry. Dispense flux on printed circuit boards, heat sinks, chip carriers, switches, sockets and more.
This flux complies with MIL-F-14256 E and F. The No Clean Flux dispensing pen precisely applies a patented, non-corrosive, halogenide-free, organic, low solids, halogenide-free, low solids, organic flux with no detergent. This flux meets Bellcore TR-NWT-000078 and IPC SF-818 for surface insulation resistance.
