SOLDER CHEMISTRY SC 180 solder paste is a cutting-edge high-tech product that is ideally suited for the very latest SMT applications. Many years of experience in the field of SMT and in-depth knowledge of polymer chemistry have contributed to a comprehensive and forward-looking development. Like all SMT solder pastes, SC 180 is a uniform mixture of a soft solder powder—available in all required alloys and particle sizes—with an organic binder based on synthetic resin that complies with RE L0 according to J-STD-004 or
ISO 1.2.3.C; absolutely halogen-free(!) and thus ranks among the latest and very best “no-clean” paste types.
Technical data
- Glass-like, low (4.3%) residue, favors the "in-circuit" test !
- A real "synthetic" paste
- Excellent print quality, from the first squeegee movement, with any intermediate stops
- Ideal for use in all closed doctor blade systems, such as Proflow, Rheomatic Pumphead, Puck Pack and Crossflow
- Also ideally suited for "ultra super fine-pitch" applications
- Excellent soldering results with all common soldering profiles and soldering systems
- The plastic base guarantees no tar-like contamination of your soldering system
