Description
SOLDER CHEMISTRY SC 170 solder paste is a sophisticated high-tech product that is ideally suited for all SMT applications. Its development is based not only on many years of experience in the SMT field, but also on careful and strict adherence to the guidelines of DIN, EN, IPC, and MIL standards. From a physical standpoint, SC 170 is a uniform mixture of a soft solder powder—available in all required alloys and particle sizes—with an organic, halogen-free(!) synthetic resin-based binder that complies with RE L0 according to J-STD 004 (F-SW32) or RMA qualification, making it one of the latest “no-clean” paste types.
