Description
Thanks to the special composition of the flux, solder pastes from SOLDER CHEMISTRY achieve very high SIR values, which makes their use in very difficult assemblies in the automotive and aerospace industries very popular or even possible in the first place. The solder pastes are all developed and manufactured in strict compliance with DIN, SC, IPC and MIL standards.
Technical data
- Glassy, low (4.1%) residue, favors the "in-circuit" test !
- A good synthetic solder paste
- Excellent print quality, from the first squeegee movement, with any intermediate stops
- Long gluing time between printing and placement
- Also ideally suited for "ultra super fine-pitch" applications
- Excellent soldering results with all common soldering profiles and soldering systems
- C 181* The plastic base guarantees no tar-like contamination of your soldering system
