Discover an innovative development from Almit research for the reflow process: the halogen-free LFM-48 NH (LVA) solder paste with newly formulated flux.
This solder paste ensures maximum process reliability from the first print and delivers consistently stable print quality. It impresses with excellent wetting properties and at the same time reduces the formation of voids to a minimum.
The alloy used, LFM-48 (Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu, melting range 217-220 °C), corresponds to an SAC305 alloy and is recommended by the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA).
