Description
The solder paste SOLDER CHEMISTRY SC 181 is a top high-tech product that is ideally suited for the very latest SMT applications. Many years of experience in the SMT field and in-depth knowledge of plastics chemistry have contributed to a complete and future-oriented development. SC 181, like all SMT solder pastes, is a uniform mixture of a soft solder powder, available in all required alloys and grain sizes, with an organic binder on a synthetic resin basis, which corresponds to RE L0 according to J-STD-004 or ISO 1.2.3.C; absolutely halogen-free(!) and thus belongs to the latest and very best "no-clean" paste types. The SC 181 represents a consistent further development of the SC 180, optimized for extended waiting times between printing and placement.
Technical data
- Glassy, low (4.1%) residue, favors the "in-circuit" test !
- A good synthetic solder paste
- Excellent print quality, from the first squeegee movement, with any intermediate stops
- Long gluing time between printing and placement
- Also ideally suited for "ultra super fine-pitch" applications
- Excellent soldering results with all common soldering profiles and soldering systems
- The plastic base guarantees no tar-like contamination of your soldering system
