Description
WXS 2020 rework set for every application. A new soldering set. Rework system with WXsmart station and WXair module for the most demanding tasks in the electronics, medical, aerospace and automotive industries. It offers the shortest heat-up and recovery times as well as complete process control from tip to station with the new intelligent tools. First-class connectivity, a user-friendly color touchscreen and cyber security complete the package. In combination with the WXair module, the WXsmart station becomes a complete rework station.
- Maximum efficiency: With an extremely fast heat-up time of just 7 seconds and an output of 150 W at 24 V, the WXUPS MS ensures uninterrupted work with maximum precision - ideal for the finest soldering applications.
- Perfect for demanding soldering applications: The WXUPS MS is suitable for high-performance applications with large component sizes from 1612 and above. The thermal core technology enables optimized heat transfer through the solder joint.
- Complete process control: Smart soldering tips with an individual serial number, smart tools for storing data parameters and a smart soldering station ensure complete process control and full traceability of the calibration history.
- Individually programmable: Up to 10 individually storable parameters per tool - incl. standby temperature and auto-off - for consistent soldering results.
- All-in-one soldering station: The WXsmart Station (300 W, 2 channels) enables the connection of up to 12 tools and is therefore suitable for pico, micro and high-performance applications.
- IT security & device protection: Modern TLS encryption, two-factor authentication and secure software updates protect against unauthorized access.
- ESD protection included: All components are fully ESD-safe - ideal for use in sensitive electronics environments.
