Description
Soldering iron kit for heavy-duty applications Maximum performance with the new soldering iron kit. To meet the increasing demands of complex, high-performance soldering applications, Weller has developed Smart Tips. These tips have an integrated chip in each tip that offers the user many new functions. The ultra-soldering tips offer optimized heat transfer with a maximum power of 150 W and a power of 24 V for very large components.
- Efficiency & power: 150 W thanks to Thermal Core Technology, ideal for multilayer PCBs. Extremely fast heat-up time: 7 seconds, continuous work flow.
- Maximum precision: short distance between tip and handle, precise control. Sensor close to the tip for optimum heat transfer and response time.
- Smart process control: intelligent soldering tips with serial numbers and calibration history. Smart tools and station for full traceability.
- Visual tool recognition: RGB ring light for easy identification, individually customizable.
- Quick tip change: RT cartridge tips can be changed without tools while hot.
- Energy-saving: motion sensor activates standby mode, quick reactivation.
- Maximum protection: Mil-Spec compliant, meets IPC standard TM-650 2.5.33, protects PCBs and components, reduces operating costs.
