Weller WXsmart Pico Micro Set - The all-in-one solution for precise soldering and desoldering

Pico (Nano)/Micro Rework Set WXS 2021 for every application. A new soldering set. Optimized rework system for all Pico (Nano) and Micro tasks in the electronics, medical, automotive, and aerospace industries. The set includes 1 soldering iron with 2 soldering tips for applications ranging from the smallest to the largest, as well as desoldering tweezers with Pico and Micro tips. The devices feature the fastest heat-up and recovery times, complete process control from tip to station, first-class connectivity options, a user-friendly color touchscreen, and cybersecurity.

  • 1 soldering iron, 2 tip families: The kit contains a soldering iron and two soldering tips: a pico tip for very small applications and a micro tip for standard applications. Both tip families fit on the same soldering iron handle - no need to change tools, maximum flexibility.
  • Efficiency and fast heat-up times:
    The new Pico (Nano)/Micro soldering iron and desoldering tweezers offer the fastest heat-up and recovery times of less than 3 seconds. Excellent heat transfer and recovery time during the soldering process for high performance and continuous workflow. The short distance between tip and handle ensures maximum precision during the soldering process.
  • Complete process control:
    Smart soldering tips with an individual serial number, smart tools for storing data parameters and a smart soldering station ensure complete process control and full traceability of the calibration history.
  • Customizable and repeatable soldering processes:
    Up to 10 parameter settings can be customized and saved in the soldering iron, including standby temperatures and automatic shut-off times.
  • Protection against cyberattacks:
    TLS encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA), including Weller’s integrated certificate upload mechanism, which provides the soldering station with a customer verification certificate, as well as secure software updates.
