High-performance rework set WXS 2022 for every application. A new soldering set. Optimized rework system for the most demanding tasks in the electronics, medical, aerospace and automotive industries. It offers the shortest heat-up and recovery times as well as complete process control from tip to station with the new intelligent tools, first-class connectivity, a user-friendly color touchscreen and cyber security complete the package.
- Maximum efficiency: Thanks to the active top technology (cartridge) with 150 W power and an extremely fast heat-up time of just 7 seconds, the WXsmart Ultra set enables uninterrupted work with maximum precision - ideal for the finest soldering applications.
- One hand, two families of tips: One soldering iron - two tip families: Pico for very fine, Micro for standard applications. No tool change necessary, maximum flexibility.
- Smart process control: Smart tips with serial numbers, stored parameters and complete traceability ensure maximum process reliability.
- Individually programmable: Up to 10 individually storable parameters per tool - incl. standby temperature and auto-off - for consistent soldering results.
- All-in-one soldering station: WXsmart station (300 W, 2 channels) for pico, micro and high-performance applications. Up to 12 tools can be connected.
- IT security & device protection: Modern TLS encryption, two-factor authentication and secure software updates protect against unauthorized access.
