Description

The halogen-free activated no-clean flux EF350 guarantees excellent wetting properties on various surfaces (e.g. OSP, Ni/Au, HAL, chem. Sn and chem. Ag) with both lead-free and lead-containing solder alloys. Special additives have been integrated into the formulation of the flux to meet the requirements for the soldering behavior of the flux and the electrical safety of the assembly.

Areas of application

EF350 is a flux with a very wide operating range. It is highly versatile. EF350 performs exceptionally well in both wave soldering and selective soldering applications. The EF350 is well-suited for use in spray flux systems, and it can also be used in foam flux systems. Thanks to its excellent activity, the EF350 flux is also well-suited for selective soldering.
