500-3431BF STANNOL flux 2.5 liters
Description
No-clean flux of category 2.2.3.A according to DIN-EN 29454-1 (DIN 8511, F-SW34).
Stannol 500-3431 with an increased solid content serves as the basis, resulting in more sustainable activity. The halogen-free activation of Stannol solder flux 500-3431BF guarantees excellent wettability of a wide variety of surfaces (e.g., OSP, Ni/Au, HAL). This avoids problems when introducing new printed circuit boards with alternative surfaces. In order to meet the requirements for the soldering behavior of the flux and the electrical safety of the manufactured assembly, a low resin content (<0.2%) is integrated into the formulation of the flux.
