Description
HTCP offers the ultimate in thermal conductivity together with the advantage of using a silicone-free base oil. The exceptional properties of HTCP are due to the novel use of various metal oxide (ceramic) powders. These materials are electrically insulating to ensure that no leakage currents can form should the paste come into contact with other parts of the assembly.

- Very high thermal conductivity: 2.50 W/m K
- Wide operating temperature range: -50 °C to +130 °C
- Low weight loss due to volatilization
- The white coloring makes it easy to identify parts that have already been treated
- Low toxicity
