Description

LOCTITE 221 is a low-strength, methacrylate-based threadlocker designed for securing small threaded connections up to a maximum of M12. The product is ideal for applications where reliable locking is required, but the connection must remain easily removable with standard hand tools.

Thanks to its low viscosity, LOCTITE 221 wets the thread very well and allows for even application. With a breakaway torque of approx. 8.5 Nm, the product is ideal for precision mechanical and service-friendly screw connections.
