Head of Electromechanical Components 80-100% (m/f/d)
you will look after customers and suppliers independently. As a communicative, open and sales-oriented personality, you will be in daily contact with our business partners in this hub function.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the success of the Electromechanical Components division in the areas of sales, purchasing, marketing and advertising
- Budget responsibility for the Electromechanical Components division in accordance with annual budgeting in consultation with the management (turnover/margin)
- Responsible for the entire team in terms of motivation, information and the implementation of the goals set
- Preparation of market analyses and determination of market potentials
- Visiting trade fairs to clarify market requirements
- Assortment support and maintenance, introduction of new products
- Maintaining existing Simpex customers through regular visits
- Acquisition of new customers based on previous advertising campaigns, telephone inquiries, address lists, inquiries via webshop, etc.
- Customer project responsibility and project-related customer visits
- Clarification of requirements and offer processing
- Supplier management as division manager
- Planning and coordination of promotional materials and documentation via the various channels, in particular the website and store
- Responsibility for contracts on the customer and supplier side
- Organization and monitoring of the responsible warehouse
- Support of the PPS system, interface to production in Cressier
Your profile:
- You have a sound technical education in the field of electronics and specialist knowledge in the electronics / electrical engineering sector
- You have completed further commercial training and have several years of professional experience in technical trade
- Your mother tongue is German and you have a good command of English, French is an advantage
- You work independently and as part of a team
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, commitment, resilience and reliability
- You are looking for daily customer contact and have a professional demeanor
- You have a valid class B driving license
