Description
ER2183 is a thermally conductive epoxy resin that meets the requirements of UL94-V0 and has a relatively low level of release of toxic gases and fumes in the event of fire. It is a low viscosity system and is therefore ideal for potting small electronic assemblies with small gaps that require heat dissipation. The compound covers a wide working temperature range and can be used in a variety of potting tasks.
