Description
Using the flux system of our SP6000 solder paste, we have developed the dispensable greenconnect solder paste SP6000D. Here too, around 85% ofCO2 emissions can be saved compared to conventional solder pastes by using recycled solder, among other things.
Areas of application
With the alloy TSC305 in particle size type 4 (20 to 38 µm), SP6000D can be used on most available dispensing systems. The solder paste also has a high wet bonding strength for use on high-speed placement machines.
