Description
The Weller WXS 2031 WXHotAir Advanced Set 230Vis a high-performance hot-air rework system with up to 900 W of regulated heating power for demanding SMD and PCB rework applications. Precise temperature control from 50–600 °C ensures stable and uniform heat transfer—even on PCBs with a high copper content and high thermal mass.
The combination of the WXsmart supply unit and the WXHotAir module offers precise process control, vacuum capacity, and comprehensive monitoring functions. Integration into the WXsmart platform enables centralized control as well as transparent and traceable process documentation.
With theWXair rework module, yourWXsmart soldering stationbecomes a fully-fledgedcombination rework stationfor soldering, desoldering, and hot-air applications. Thanks to1 air channel and 1 vacuum channel, the system handles all rework tasks—from the smallest to the largest components.
Optional, free Windows software featuring real-time sensor tracking, graphical temperature trends, user management, and project-based data storage ensures maximum transparency, security, and traceability throughout the entire rework process and enables reproducible results while remaining easy to use.
