Description
Bostik Born2Bond™ Repair is a two-component hybrid adhesive. It combines the strength of a structural adhesive with the speed of an instant adhesive. It is gap-filling and cures to a tough polymer.
It combines a variety of materials with high surface energy:
- Wood
- Rubber
- Plastic
Exception: Not suitable for polyolefins!
Suitable applications
- Vertical applications, as they do not drip
- Applications with large gaps up to several centimeters
- Immediate bonding and repair in the aftermarket, e.g. side mirrors, bumpers, spoiler skirts, rubber on doors
- Joint bonding in the automotive sector
- Repairing plastic damage
