Description
- Bostik Born2Bond™ Light Lock MV is a transparent, dual-curing, hybrid-based UV adhesive. The UV light and visible light activate both the cyanoacrylate and acrylate systems, enabling fast, tough and flexible bonding to transparent parts as well as large and surface coated areas. The instant bondability ensures contact curing between opaque substrates.Light Lock HV has a medium viscosity, is low bloom and low odor.Light Lock UV adhesives are available in various viscosities:
- HV = high viscosity
- MV = medium viscosity
- LV = low viscosity
- Gel
- For: glass, metal, plastic
Suitable applications
- Protective coatings on printed circuit boards
- Encapsulation
- Bonding of needles
- Electronics assembly
- Bonding of metal for perfume and liqueur bottles
- Bonding of plastic and metal for hearing aids
- Bonding of glass and metal for jewelry and watches
