Description
The Camtec CPS-EC series is a high-precision switching power supply designed for demanding applications. The unit features C/V adjustment. It is developed and manufactured by CAMTEC in Germany. The design is suitable for demanding applications such as railway technology, complex drives, battery charging for DC UPS systems, test benches, mechanical engineering, and professional LED lighting. The power supply offers low hum and noise, precise load regulation, and high efficiency of up to 94%. High-quality, long-life capacitors guarantee extended hold-up time and an exceptionally
long service life for the power supply. The circuit design enables smooth startup of complex loads. The internal control circuit monitors for improper operating conditions to prevent damage to your system. The CPS-EC series features active protection against high input
transients using suppressor diodes, X2 capacitors, and varistors. All inputs, outputs, and function connections are galvanically isolated. The design guidelines emphasize enhanced immunity and safety. The device complies with the standards EN60950-1, EN62368-1, EN61010-1, EN61010-2-201, and EMC compliance according to EN55032.
