With the REFIN2U-S90/24/CL from RECOM, Simpex presents a particularly slim DIN rail AC/DC power supply that combines 90 W continuous power with a boost reserve of 150% for up to 4.5 seconds. This makes it ideal for applications with high peak loads and limited space.
The cost-effective power supply covers a wide input voltage range from 85 to 276 VAC and is designed for use at altitudes up to 5000 m in accordance with overvoltage category II (OVC II). The output voltage of 24 VDC can be flexibly adjusted up to 29 VDC. Thanks to UL1310 Limited Power Source (LPS)and NEC Class 2 certification, the output is reliably current-limited and safe.
The REFIN2U-S90/24/CL also performs impressively under demanding conditions: it operates in a temperature range from –40 °C to +70 °C and achieves a high efficiency of up to 93.6%. The result is cool operation, a long service life, and high MTBF values.
The proven "Step-Shape" DIN rail format measures just 36 mm in width and weighs only 151 g. Optional fold-out mounting tabs also allow direct mounting on a mounting plate. Special attention has been paid to low-noise operation – ideal for use in office and residential environments.
Installation is easy thanks to a snap-in mechanism, while push-in terminals allow for quick, tool-free wiring. The package is rounded off by international safety approvals, low no-load losses, and compliance with all relevant IEC/EN EMC standards.
