High density AC/DC power supply with boost power up to 1200W

The RACM1200-V series represents a new standard in the class of AC power supplies for reliable fanless operation and thus supports long-term system availability. A special design with base plate cooling ensures efficient heat dissipation and enables a continuous output power of up to 1000 watts. In boost mode, up to 1200 watts of output power is available for up to 10 seconds, or can be used over a longer period of time if sufficient system airflow is ensured. The wide range of output voltage settings and the combination of constant current limiting and hiccup mode settings make this product extremely versatile. Various analog control and monitoring functions are accessible via a connector, and optional firmware settings can be made on a project basis. If required, the RACM1200-V series can be limited to inherently fail-safe settings by using intelligent, controlled, fault-limiting functions. Only the PMB variant supports the adjustment of factory settings and the monitoring of warning signals. An adjustable 12V system fan output and a 1.5kVAC isolated standby auxiliary output of 5VSB/1A are available to power the domestic functions of the application.

The peak efficiency is an impressive 95%, and in standby mode the device meets the requirements of eco-design. The product has globally valid safety certificates according to medical, industrial and ITE standards as well as Class A electromagnetic compatibility for immunity and Class B for emissions. Separately available spring steel brackets allow for easy mounting, especially if mounting above the base plate is preferred. All these features make this product one of the easiest modular power supply solutions to integrate in the industry.
