With Quins, complicated visual inspections are a thing of the past. The combination of the scanners and the appropriate software provide high-resolution images and a simple visual inspection environment. 

Optical inspection:
The patented alternating image inspection shows the reference and the test specimen alternately. By perfectly centering both images, only the differences, the defects, flash. This supports physiological perception so that you can recognize all defects quickly, easily and in a relaxed manner. No programming required, no matter what you are inspecting.

Areas of application:

Electronic assemblies: SMD, THT or mixed assembly - up to a component height of 60 mm or minimum size 01005 and smaller. Series, set-up or initial sample testing.

Electronic circuit boards: After production, in incoming goods, indoor or outdoor facilities. You won't miss a thing with the alternating image inspection.
