With this test method, assemblies can be checked very easily with an alternating image test without major programming effort. This means that incorrect polarization or incorrect placement in the THD can be intercepted. The system is also equipped with UV lighting. This makes it possible to check the selective coating on the assembly.
Areas of application:
Electronic assemblies: SMD, THT or mixed assembly - up to a component height of 60 mm or minimum size 01005 and smaller. Series, set-up or initial sample testing.
Electronic circuit boards: After production, in incoming goods, indoor or outdoor facilities. You won't miss a thing with the alternating image inspection.
Molded parts: Designed for the most diverse requirements. Find and identify all differences quickly and easily.
Injection molded parts: Always deliver flawless quality by carrying out a set-up check. This ensures that no faulty parts are produced.
