The RSP-1500, RSP-1600, RSP-3000, and DPU-3200 were launched several years ago. Due to massive allocations and price increases in the component market, MEAN WELL developed the NSP-1600 and NSP-3200 series with improved functionality at a more affordable price. A speed-controlled fan is integrated to reduce noise and extend service life. A DC operating range of up to 400Vdc is also possible (currently only with the NSP-3200).

This series is very well suited for semiconductor equipment, machine industry, automation, 5G telecom and data center applications.
