MEAN WELL RST Series – 7.5kW and 15kW power supplies with high voltage output

For high voltage power applications, MEAN WELL launched the three-phase, four-wire AC input power supplies RST-7K5 (7.5kW) and RST-15K (15kW) with a high efficiency of 95% and a maximum parallel output power of up to 30kW.

Three different DC output models are available, including 115V, 230V and 380V, which are suitable for various applications, e.g. for automatic industrial systems, energy storage charging systems, central bus power supply and many other applications. In addition, the output voltage and current are programmable, so the output voltage can be regulated from 1% to 120%.

Various monitoring signals, such as over-temperature alarm, DC-OK, fan fault, AC fault, enable simplified control in the overall system. As the applications in many industrial areas can be exposed to harsh environments, the models are capable of operating in a wide temperature range of -30~ +45C° under full load conditions. The RST series also offers a choice of two different cooling methods: air cooling with built-in fans (RST-7K5/15K) and water cooling (RST-7K5L), which can be selected depending on the characteristics of the device or the environment.
