MEAN WELL 's compact open frame power supply units with comprehensive safety approvals for industrial, household and medical applications are now available with up to 600 watts of output power.

Built on a standard footprint of 5" x 3", the power supplies are available in output powers of 400, 500 and 600 watts. The complete family covers a voltage range from 12Vdc to 54Vdc. To make it easier to start motors, the power supplies deliver up to 150% of the rated current for 3 seconds. An operating temperature range of -40°C to 80°C, as well as conformity for overvoltage category III (OVCIII), and 2xMOPP and BF for medical applications make system integration even easier.

The excellent EMC values enable use in protection class I and protection class II applications. Worldwide certifications for ITE /AV (62368-1), medical (60601-1) industrial (61558-1) and household (60335-1) enable uncomplicated use in a wide range of applications.
