In recent years, the demand for renewable energies such as photovoltaics and energy storage has increased dramatically. The high and fluctuating voltages of these applications often need to be converted to a stable and isolated DC voltage. For these requirements MEAN WELL is launching a new 120W/240W ultra-wide 250~1500Vdc high voltage input DC-DC converter for DIN rail mounting, the DDRH-120/240 series.
The main features of DDRH-120/240 series are: 250~1500Vdc ultra-wide input range, fanless design for operation in a wide temperature range of -40～+80oC, 4KVac isolation, full input/output protection functions, excellent EMC characteristics, operation at 5000M altitude and compliance with IEC/EN62109-1 PV safety. These features make the DDRH-120/240 series suitable for PV, energy storage, charging station and other applications that require conversion from high voltage to low voltage.
