CBM70S - 70W Half Brick AC/DC Power Module

Key features:
The CBM70S series from Cincon is a new, innovative high-density AC/DC power module with 70W output power. The power supply is housed in a standard half-brick with the dimensions 61.0×57.9×17.0mm. The AC/DC power supply module has safety approvals according to IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 and fulfills the EMC requirements according to EN55032 Level B for conducted and radiated emissions as well as interference immunity according to EN61000-4 without external components. With an input range of 90-264Vac, it is available in 4 different output voltages of 12, 24, 36 and 48Vdc.

Exceptional performance:
This power supply offers a very high efficiency of up to 89.5%, a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C as well as an internal AC fuse, an EMC filter and a hold-up capacitor, which reduces the space required for the intended application. This power supply can be used up to an altitude of 5000 m above sea level and is characterized by a low input power consumption of less than 150mW in idle mode.

Key features:
The fully potted CBM70S can operate at full load with its fanless baseplate cooling and features output voltage adjustment via a trim pin. An optional heat sink is also available so designers can choose to use convection or forced air cooling.

Complete protection measures:
Safety approval in accordance with IEC/UL/EN 62368-1. Other features include overvoltage protection at the output, permanent short-circuit protection and overtemperature protection.

Applications:
Suitable for consumer electronics, telecommunication devices, commercial devices and light/heavy industrial applications.
