Description
The high-performance polyurethane resin UR5645 has been specially developed for encapsulating and potting electronics such as the next generation of automotive electronics.
Even after prolonged exposure, it has excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of media. This makes it an ideal choice for exposed components in both automotive and industrial applications. Combined with excellent electrical properties, it proves to be a versatile material.
Due to the hybrid nature of the resin, it has a wide operating temperature range of -50 to + 150°C and can withstand up to + 160°C for short periods.
Due to its low water absorption, it is also suitable for a range of marine and other applications where direct contact with water is an influencing factor.
