Description
UR5638 is an optically clear / transparent polyurethane resin consisting of aliphatic polymer designed to provide excellent UV stability and at the same time high transparency over the entire visible spectral range. These properties make it the ideal choice for encapsulating LEDs operating in the visible part of the spectrum, especially white LEDs.
It is a robust resin and offers excellent protection against environmental influences for LEDs in both indoor and outdoor applications - it is also ideal for casting larger units due to its low exothermic values.
