Description
A slight press of the lever is all it takes to adjust the clamped workpiece continuously to any practical working position. The adjustable working height ensures an ergonomic posture when working while standing (such as drilling, sawing, grinding, milling, cutting, etc.).
The interchangeable clamping jaws of the ball-joint vises are 50-mm plastic jaws for the small vise and 100-mm steel jaws for the large vise. We offer protective jaws for clamping scratch-sensitive workpieces with felt, leather, cork, and rubber linings. Protective jaws with aluminum prisms are suitable for clamping pipes; all protective jaws are available in jaw widths ranging from 50 to 150 mm.
The vise mounting for clamping is suitable for workbenches with a maximum tabletop thickness of up to 80 mm. The screw-on vise mount can be attached to workbenches, tables, and base plates via the four 9 mm through-holes. The high-performance magnets allow for customizable positioning that can be quickly adjusted as needed.
The plastic protective jaws fit perfectly on any vise with steel jaws thanks to their double magnetic strip. They protect sensitive components from scratches or damage. The longitudinal and transverse grooves also allow round objects to be clamped securely. If the grooves interfere with clamping, the smooth surface on the other side can also be used. The aluminum protective jaws also protect the parts being machined; the longitudinal and transverse grooves allow round or flat material to be securely and firmly clamped in the vise.
