Description
A small push of the lever is all it takes to continuously align the clamped workpiece in any convenient working position. The individual adjustment of the working height offers an ergonomic position for standing work (such as drilling, sawing, grinding, milling, cutting, etc.).
The interchangeable clamping jaws of the ball-joint vices are 50 mm plastic jaws for the small vise and 100 mm steel jaws for the large vise. We offer protective jaws for clamping scratch-sensitive workpieces in felt, leather, cork and rubber coverings. Jaws with aluminum prisms are suitable for pipe clamping, all jaws are available in jaw widths from 50 - 150 mm.
The vice attachment for clamping is suitable for workbenches with a maximum table top thickness of up to 80 mm. The screw-on vice attachment can be connected to workbenches, tables and base plates via the four 9 mm through-holes. The high-performance magnets offer individual attachment, which can also be changed quickly.
The plastic protective jaws sit perfectly on any vice with steel jaws thanks to their double magnetic strip. They protect sensitive components from scratching or damage. The longitudinal and transverse grooves also allow round objects to be clamped securely. If the grooves interfere with clamping, the smooth surface on the other side can also be used. The aluminum protective jaws also protect the parts to be machined, and the longitudinal and transverse grooves allow raw or flat material to be held securely and firmly in the vice.
