Description

The service life of a soldering tip is largely determined by its degree of oxidation. Oxidized soldering tips make the solder flow considerably more difficult and, in the worst case, can no longer enable wetting at all.

This is exactly where the M line from Almit comes in: Thanks to an innovative, micro-alloyed composition with an increased gallium content, oxidation of the soldering tip is almost completely prevented. The result: significantly less soldering tip wear, lower labor costs and reduced consumption of solder - a clear advantage for any production.

Our flux SRS-ZL (classification ROL0) is ideal for piston soldering processes and drag soldering.

Lead-free solder wire:
Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu, melting range 217-221 °C, flux 3.5 %, ROL0, no-clean.
