Description

The GUMMIX series is one of our top sellers for good reason: it offers a powerful high-performance flux that reliably prevents or minimizes flux spatter and prevents residue from coming off.

Thanks to its outstanding properties, the GUMMIX series can be used for a wide range of applications - but especially for flexible circuit boards, carrier materials and other flexible components. It is also ideal for contactless soldering processes such as laser soldering and induction soldering, as well as for piston soldering.

Our flux GUMMIX-SB RMA (classification REL1) was specially developed for laser and piston soldering applications and impresses with its particularly high temperature resistance.

The alloy LFM-48 (Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu, melting range 217-220 °C) is a proven SAC305 alloy recommended by the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA).

Lead-free solder wire for laser applications:
Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu, melting range 217-220 °C, flux 3.5 %, REL1, no-clean.
