Description

Achieve optimal results with speed and endurance! By combining a fast-acting and a long-lasting activator, the innovative DB-1 RMA solder wire provides a dual boost for a new dimension in wettability. This allows you to shorten process times and reduce long-term manufacturing costs, even with oxidized components. The service life of a soldering tip is significantly determined by the degree of oxidation. An oxidized soldering tip makes it difficult—or, in the worst case, impossible—for the solder to flow or wet the tip. Almits’ M-Line prevents this problem from arising in the first place, as its innovative micro-alloyed composition—with an increased gallium content—virtually eliminates tip oxidation. The reduction in tip wear, labor costs, and solder consumption results in enormous cost savings. Lead-free solder wire, Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu-0.03Fe-a, 217–221°C, ROL1, no-clean.
