Description

The integrated, self-regulating heating element delivers exactly the power required for the respective solder joint. The result is a fast, safe and repeatable process - without any calibration.
The thickness of the intermetallic connection layer (IMC) is decisive for the quality of a solder joint. The patented Connection Validation™ technology reliably monitors the formation of this layer.
