Data acquisition at every soldering station and every solder joint - you receive data such as the soldering cartridge used, soldering temperature and power profiles, dwell time, ratings of good and bad solder joints and more.
Data analysis via the intuitive dashboard and easy-to-configure software - productivity and system status are displayed at a glance. Data views can be customized using filters and user configurations.
Data display as visualization or database - Easily export data to a CSV file for analysis. The information on each soldering event is stored in a standardized database structure so that it is compatible with standard database applications.
