Description
The PCT-1000 programmable hot-air underheater offers high heating performance with precise temperature control, even for thermally demanding PCBs.
This means that the actual soldering process can be carried out at much lower temperatures than before.

- High heat capacity enables lower process temperatures
- Improved throughput and high reliability of soldering and desoldering SMD rework processes thanks to special heating chamber design
- Optimum thermal profiles for different requirements by programming four zones with independent time and temperature default values
- Controlled cooling prevents thermal shock to circuit boards and components
- Automatic safety shutdown of the heating in the event of fan failure
- Storage of up to 50 user-defined profiles for quick, easy configuration
- Optional temperature control via internal or external thermal sensor
- Efficient heating thanks to the special turbulence effect of the air flow
- Maximizes heating performance and increases productivity
