HCT Digital hot air system - HCT2-200
The slim hot air pen with a very finely adjustable air flow of between 1.5 and 7 l/min is ideal for reworking small components, especially on densely populated PCBs. The ergonomic hot-air pen allows even the smallest components, such as 01005, to be reworked without damaging neighboring components. Larger hot air systems are often unable to regulate the air flow finely enough to prevent them from melting and being pushed off the pad. The narrow nozzles and the precisely adjustable air flow in combination with the controlled temperature regulation enable the user to replace defective components in a targeted manner with the HCT2-200.
Technical data
- 200 watt ceramic heater and two-stage air pump: Provides the power needed to deliver the right amount of heat energy.
- Digital airflow and temperature control: Two LED displays provide a graphical and numerical representation of the desired airflow and temperature.
- Fast response and performance: A microprocessor-controlled closed-loop feedback system ensures fast heating, precise and stable temperature control.
- Standby mode: When the handpiece is placed on the work table, the temperature drops, which extends the service life of the heater.
- Replaceable handpiece: The handpiece has been redesigned so that it can be removed from the front of the device.
- Ergonomic and lightweight handpiece: Slim and ergonomic design of the handpiece, which feels like a pencil, with rubber grip.
- Easy replacement of heaters, nozzles and handpieces: All parts can be changed in no time at all.
- Nozzles: Six nozzles (1.5 mm - 4.0 mm) are included in the device, with a nozzle plate holder inside the work stand.
