DCB Protective lacquer black SCC3 5L
Description
DCB is a special, black and opaque protective coating made of modified alkyd resin, which has been specially developed for the protection of electronic circuits and offers excellent protection. Its special composition ensures that it meets the highest requirements of the defense industry in Europe and the USA. DCB can be applied by spraying, dipping or brush; full details of the product including test results can be found in the TDS below. Technical data
- The black, opaque coating allows the PCB design to be concealed, thus protecting intellectual property from being copied
- Shows higher resistance to chemicals and solvents after additional heat curing
- Extremely wide operating temperature range
- Resistance to chemicals and solvents from the automotive and aerospace industries.
- The hardened paint can be removed using our protective paint removal gel (CCRG)
- Meets the requirements of UL746 for protective coatings
- Complies with RoHS
- UL746C-QMJU2
- Meets the requirements of IPC-CC-830
