Description
The SxV soldering tips are part of the standard range for Metcal PS-900/MFR-1100, MFR-2210 and MFR-1351 soldering systems.
Temperature ranges:

STV series: approx. 330 °C - for light or sensitive applications
-
SFV series: approx. 390 °C - standard for most soldering tasks
-
SCV series: approx. 450 °C - for high temperatures and demanding applications
The temperature is indicated by the second letter in the article number (e.g. SFV = standard series).
Thanks to SmartHeat® technology, Metcal automatically adjusts the power and keeps the temperature constant - ideal for leaded and lead-free soldering.
