Description
The SSC soldering tip cartridges are the standard program for Metcal SP-200 and MFR soldering systems.
Temperature ranges:
-
600 series: approx. 330 °C - for light or temperature-critical applications
-
700 series: approx. 390 °C - standard for most soldering tasks
The temperature is indicated by the first digit after the hyphen in the article number (e.g. SSC-7xxA = 700 series).
Thanks to SmartHeat® technology, Metcal automatically adjusts the power and keeps the temperature constant – suitable for leaded and lead-free soldering .
